Mrs. Arlette Iturra, Principal

Mrs. Arlette Iturra is honored to serve as the new principal of St. Nicholas Catholic School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University in 2019 and later completed her Master’s degree through the University of Idaho. In 2021, she joined the St. Nicholas Catholic School family as a second-grade teacher, a role she has cherished and one that deepened her love for Catholic education.

Mrs. Iturra and her family are active members of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, where she and her husband, Michael, were married in 2019. Together, they are blessed with three children. Their eldest son currently attends St. Nicholas Catholic School, and Mrs. Iturra considers it a tremendous blessing to witness his growth both academically and spiritually. She looks forward to all of her children receiving a faith-filled education at St. Nicholas.

As she transitions into her new role as principal, Mrs. Iturra remains committed to fostering a school environment where students grow in faith, knowledge, and service. She is excited to work alongside faculty, families, and parishioners as the school continues its mission of providing Christ-centered academic excellence.

“I will always treasure my years in the classroom, second grade truly was the best! I am excited for this new opportunity to serve our school community and help lead St. Nicholas Catholic School as we continue to form disciples of Christ through faith, service, and a commitment to academic excellence.”
