Second Grade - Mrs. Packham

Classroom News

Update for January 14-18, 2019

I'm late in making this post.  Hello and hope you are having an excellent week.  This week we work hard and read much.  It is a great week for learning with not many distractions.

Next week progress reports come home and we have parent/teacher conferences.  I will be contacting those who I need to visit with.  If I don't contact you for a meeting, and you would like the opportunity to visit about your child's progress or behavior, please email me at or text me at 208-650-6002.   My schedule is open on Monday after school, Wednesday after school, and Thursday from 1-6:30.   Let me know what time works for you and I will get it scheduled.  It is a great time to make sure we are on the same page.

Second grade hosts Mass this week.  We would love to have you join us.

Hopefully you have all seen the "at home" book report and have begun reading the book with your child.  Thanks for this at home learning experience.  It is nice to do something different every once in a while.

Stay warm despite the cold weather and have a wonderful week!

God Bless You!

Mrs. Packham

Favorite Bible Verse:  Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you:  not as the world giveth, give I unto you.  Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid."  John 14:29

My faith in God is and has always been the foundation in my life.  I believe God wants us to grow and to learn.  What an opportunity to be able to teach at a wonderful school like St. Nicholas where I can help children know how important they are to God as part of their education.
