Admissions

St. Nicholas Catholic School welcomes students of all faiths. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a Christian manner at all times, respecting themselves, classmates, supervisors and school property. 

Kindergarten through Sixth Grade is Monday through Friday from 8:10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. Students wishing to enter Kindergarten must be five by September 1 and pass a Readiness Assessment. Parents may call the school to schedule an appointment to take the assessment.

Our Preschool for three-year-olds is offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings  (two days). Pre-K for four-year-olds has two options:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings (three days) or Monday through Friday mornings (five days). Preschool and Pre-K classes are from 8:10 to 11:15 a.m..  Admission to Preschool and Pre-K is determined by age as of September 1. All students must be fully potty trained before admission to preschool.

There are two tuition rates for Kindergarten through Sixth Graders: Registered and Active Catholic Parishioner OR General Tuition.

To qualify for the Registered and Active Catholic Parishioner rate a family must tithe regularly through the contribution envelopes and actively participate in Sunday Mass and Parish activities. Families can be registered at St. Nicholas Parish in Rupert or St. Therese Little Flower Parish in Burley. All families registering for school under this tuition category will be verified with the Parish offices.

Our Tuition Schedule covers fees associated with Admission, Breakfast, Lunch, Aftercare and required Fundraising/Volunteer obligations.

Tuition Assistance is available through the Angel Fund to qualifying applicants in Kindergarten through Sixth Grade. If you are in need of assistance please contact the Principal at the school.

Ready to Enroll?

If you are ready to become a student, you will need to complete the following forms:

  • Student Information Form
  • Registration Form
  • After School Info Form
  • Free and Reduced Lunch Form (optional)

All of these documents are availble in the document section located at the right side of this page.

 

When you come to submit your registration materials, you will need to bring your child's:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Current Immunization Records 
  • Baptismal Certificate (if child was baptised in the Catholic Church)

We will copy the above items to keep in your child's permanent file.
